$1000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS 1st or 2nd shift LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse - Bonus Pay Opportunity Pick UP Shift's ** - work your schedule + each ( PER ) shift picked up Under 8 hour = $35.00 *Minimum 4 hours 8 Hour's = $70.00 12 Hour's = $100.00 Quarterly Bonus - additional bonus paid out as follows: Pick up 12-17 Shift's $500 Pick up 18 or MORE - $1,000.00 ** See policies and procedures for full qualifications. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-DUTIES LPN Nurses are responsible for assisting residents with medications and providing nursing services in the most respectful and compassionate way possible. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -QUALIFICATIONS Valid Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) to practice in the State of Florida as an LPN required and at least two years of experience in senior care strongly preferred. Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) - Education and Experience: Valid license to practice in the state of Florida as a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN). At least one year experience as a LPN in a similar environment preferred. Mease Life will make a discretionary matching contribution equal to 50% of each dollar you contribute to the 401K, up to 6% of your compensation.
