Position Summary: We are seeking caring, compassionate, mission driven LCSW's to provide therapy to adults in a clinic based office. Work involves the application of psychotherapeutic theories and practices. Directions for Living is an essential services provider. A ll Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation. Directions for Living is committed to serving highly vulnerable individuals and families and preventing the spread of the COVID-19 contagion. Additionally, DFL is a certified " Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services " (CMS) facility. To ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all of our staff and the clients that we serve, COVID-19 vaccines are required for current and newly-hired employees, unless an employee is entitled to a reasonable accommodation or exemption as permitted pursuant to Directions for Living's COVID Vaccination policy and applicable laws. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field required. Licensed as LCSW, (Required) Must have sufficient clinical knowledge to provide clinical intervention with adults and children who manifest a range of psychopathology, utilizing various treatment approaches including individual, family, play, and group therapy, individual psychopathology and normal childhood development. Have sufficient clinical knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based treatments EOE/ADA/DFW SMOKE FREE CAMPUS #ZR
