We are currently looking for a motivated, highly organized, sales-driven individual to join our team! You will be contacting warm leads while assisting our residential sales and service departments in setting appointments, providing quotes, negotiating, and closing sales. In this role you will schedule sales appointments and assist sales personnel in closing jobs. Assist the sales department in maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer, and all company departments. The sales coordinator will act as a liaison between customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met. Qualified candidates will have exemplary communication skills and prior sales or customer service experience. Position: Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator Hours : Monday - Friday Benefits : Medical, 401K, Paid vacation & holidays Pay : $18.00 - $20.00/hr + Spiffs Qualifications : Prior telephone sales or support experience highly preferred Able to pass drug screen and background check Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems) Familiarity with HVAC not required, but highly preferred Professional phone skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Energetic personality Timely in all work and attendance A positive "Can Do" attitude Attributes for Success : Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities. Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills Conduct self in a professional manner at all times Ability to develop and present comprehensive proposals to customers Ability to negotiate and close sales **NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
