Job Title: Production Clerk Job Summary: This position is in support of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC). The ALC requires Technical Data Support Services (TDSS). The Production Clerk will have full authority to act on behalf of the contractor for all matters relating to daily operations of onsite/offsite support and will be the liaison between the Government and onsite/offsite personnel. Responsibilities Include: Maintaining overall knowledge and working competence of the task order in order to report updates, statuses, answer questions and communicate effectively to the Government Ensuring all work requests from the D05-SMB-ALC-TECH-PUBSPlanning shared electronic mailbox are assigned to a technician and completed by the requested date or Government task/project established dates Providing metrics, tables, charts, and graphs representing work being accomplished and completed for all tasks under this task order Maintaining responsibility for the delivery of final services/products to the Government for acceptance Providing support during ALC business hours, Monday through Friday Required Qualifications and Skills: Competency in workload distribution and tracking assignment status Ability to interact with customers/requestors in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner Ability to enter, update, and track data in an electronic format (ex. Microsoft Project, Excel, resource tracking software) using graphical user interfaces 1+ year of experience in program or project management support related to publication development and configuration management of technical documentation Proficiency in fully interpreting and applying task order terminology to ensure conformity Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be performed at ALC offices in Elizabeth City, NC How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
