Since our inception, the philosophy at Posana has been to offer a seasonal menu that draws inspiration from local ingredients. We are looking for qualified line cooks that fit into the following criteria: At least 2 years experience in the F&B industryStrong work ethic with a positive attitude Punctuality and a sense of professionalism Basic knife skillsThe knowledge and attitude to work multiple stations Passion for food, cooking, pretty plates and learning our style of food Motivated individual who prides themselves in their job and career Ability to handle a physical job that includes daily use of stairs multiple times Essential Job Functions: Daily prep of your stationManaging your own prep list and communicating needs with the chefs in the kitchen Executing tickets in a fast paced environment efficientlyPlating of dishes in accordance with chefsMaintaining a clean and organized station Follow instructions and affirm with call backs to the chefs What you can expect from us: Feed back daily from chefs on accuracy of dishes and recipesTraining on multiple stationsQuarterly one on onesLocation: DowntownCompensation: Determined based on experience
