Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling located in Peru, IN is looking to hire a full-time Plumbing Service Technician / Residential Plumber to go make a typical visit exciting for the customer as they diagnose residential systems, inform the customer, and complete the repairs needed. This position also generates revenue per company expectations by being thorough with the customer and their equipment and always recommending system enhancements and improvements to maintain the functionality, performance, and reliability of each system. We provide an industry-leading pay structure of $55,000-$85,000 with uncapped spiffs and incentives! The typical full-time work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or later depending on calls, with a 24-hour on-call rotation. You will also be eligible immediately for a full benefits package that includes PTO, paid birthday and holidays, a company-matched 401(k) plan, immediate health, vision, and dental insurance, work phone, and company-sponsored lunches and events!
