Great Livin' LLC is a growing company dedicated to providing quality residential services to individuals with disabilities. We are announcing a new incentive package to engage responsible and caring individuals to manage our residential locations. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Overnight weekends (Thurs-Mon) Overnight weekdays (Mon-Thurs) Day weekends (Thurs-Mon) Day weekdays (Mon-Thurs) We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years of successful employment working with persons with disabilities and/or behavioral health challenges to join our team as a Residential Manager. Key Responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently manage the operations of the homes assigned: ensuring all supplies, groceries, furnishings, and equipment are available and remain in good working order. Collaborate with the Program Managers and the Interdisciplinary TEAM (IDT) to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the individuals residing in the home. Ensure staff are well trained and competent to care for and support individuals living in the home. Ensure timely completion of documentation by staff and management. Complete regular audits of the home/vehicle/equipment/supplies and ensure the safety of the environment. Oversee that clients' health care needs are met. Communicate in a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, individuals, and stakeholders. Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without hands-on supervision. Handle and resolve recurring problems. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of successful employment working with persons with disabilities and/or behavioral health challenges. Valid New Mexico Driver's License and auto liability insurance. Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software packages. Knowledge of agency positions and responsibilities, and who to go to with specific questions and/or concerns. Good organizational and time management skills. Adequate physical, mental, and emotional stability to meet job responsibilities in a safe and responsible manner. General understanding of the DD Waiver / Mi Via Waiver. Job-related certification(s)/trainings, as and when deemed necessary by Great Livin' LLC and/or the state of New Mexico. Ability to pass required background checks.
