A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR - REMODELING SALES REP In this estimation position, you are responsible for our entire sales pipeline as well as accurately estimating our projects. You spend a lot of time chatting with prospective clients on the phone, listening to their needs, and effectively explaining how our services can help them. A natural-born seller, you schedule meetings and skillfully overcome objections. You also create and present customer proposals as well as consistently close deals. Organized and goal-oriented, you proactively forecast sales and carefully plan out your month, quarter, and year in order to regularly achieve goals. In addition to selling, you play an important part in our projects. With great attention to detail, you determine the overall cost of the jobs we undertake. Acting as a piecework consultant, you visit the job site and examine it with your analytical eye, viewing the work that needs to be done and estimating the cost of the project as accurately as possible. After you complete your estimation, you draw up a thorough proposal for the client. You love contributing to our company in a huge way, and you enjoy any opportunity you get to use your skills ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR - REMODELING SALES REP 2+ years of estimating experience 2+ years of sales experience in kitchen, bath, and whole home remodeling Valid driver's license and a good driving record Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you a self-starter? Do you enjoy the challenge of closing deals? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Are you an analytical thinker?
