Access Systems is seeking an enthusiastic professional seeking an exciting career opportunity within a rapidly growing Waukee-based technology company, one of Iowa's Top Workplaces! This unique opportunity has a diverse range of customer service-related duties via outbound phone and email support. It will soon be in our state-of-the-art campus in Waukee! Responsibilities: Provide customer support by email or phone to repair basic program issues. All training is provided for this position. Basic computer knowledge only required. Follow up on and maintain detailed service call notes. Active in all aspects of customer service & providing timely resolution to issues. Help drive the Access Systems culture through high values and customer service standards. Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience. Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written communication. Pleasant telephone manners and proper phone etiquette. Ability to "think on feet" when dealing with customers.
