Required Qualifications: 2+ years' field HVAC installation experience, at a minimum 06B License is required for this position High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license Clean, insurable driving record Follow all safety training guidelines and protocols Understanding of layout, design, and installation Proficient at residential and light commercial installations Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings Size and draw ductwork Excellent customer relationship skills and an open mind to think outside the box Enroll in extra training to further your knowledge of the HVAC industry and management, 16 hrs. required Ability to train and mentor entry-level employees Qualifications desired: Universal EPA Certification Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School NATE Certified Possess tools needed
