Competitive paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Workplace flexibility Competitive pay Potential for licensure supervision What we're looking for: Hoffmann Counseling Services of St. Peter and Waseca are seeking a full time Mental Health Therapist (licensed or license eligible). As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and or family psychotherapy. At Hoffmann Counseling Center - Mental Health Therapists collaborate as a team to provide clients with a comprehensive therapeutic experience. Work somewhere you can make a difference! Starting Pay: $41,000-$59,000 annually, Depending on Qualifications $1,000 Sign on Bonus!! Responsibilities: Serve as individual, group and family therapist for all assigned clients. Demonstrate clinical competence while providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families Attend & actively engage in individual supervision and weekly program meetings Create effective working relationships with colleagues and community partners Conduct diagnostic assessments & develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Qualifications: Master's degree in one of the behavioral science fields (psychology, social work, counseling, and/or related field) Qualified applicant must be licensed as LMFT, LPCC, LP, LICSW, or eligible to pursue licensure Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, valid automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record Must be 21 years of age Job Posted by ApplicantPro
