Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time retail associate to join our eCommerce apparel team in Canton, Ohio.As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations. Our team supports Goodwill's mission of job skills training and employment services by identifying valuables and selling them on online platforms. This position is first shift full-time Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm with an amazing benefits package that includes: Bonus incentive plan Generous paid time off Paid holidays Medical, dental, & vision benefits at a fraction of the premium cost Retirement planning with company match Basic Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required Work performed in a warehouse setting Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to frequent standing, bilateral reach, and handling ability; constant fingering and pinch grip; requires the frequent ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; may require shoulder height reaching with either hand and firm grasp; frequent bending; may squat; requires the frequent ability to push/pull less than 25 lbs.
