Position Summary : To act as lead point person for the seating and pacing of FOH Primary Responsibilities: Act as the first impression of the restaurant with a friendly, calm and professional demeanor, setting a warm and welcoming tone for the customer's experience Be as accurate as possible in estimating the wait for a table, seeking guidance from managers as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entryway Bus tables as needed in order to seat incoming customers Support servers by providing water to customers, answering their questions, and pre-bussing their table when necessary Walk the FOH throughout service with an eye for detail to help present a clean and organized environment Our restaurant group has received seven James Beard nominations & in 2022, our Chai Pani in Asheville WON the James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurant.
