AVERAGE DAY AS AN HVAC SALES ASSOCIATE - COMFORT ADVISOR You have a varied schedule depending on your clients' business needs and should be available by phone at all times. Occasionally, you may need to work up to 12 hours a day or more than 40 hours per week. You also need to be willing to sometimes travel for up to a week at a time. In this HVAC Sales Associate - Comfort Advisor role, you spend your time meeting new people, building new relationships, and signing new deals. You follow up on leads generated by your team members and work your magic to turn the prospects into clients. Adapting your approach to each individual, you identify their heating and cooling needs and suggest the appropriate products or services. To accomplish this, you may need to take photos, complete scoping sheets, and perform a complete comfort survey and home analysis. After you close the deal, you become the bridge between your client and our company. You are there to answer their questions, manage their financing paperwork, and ensure we meet and exceed their expectations. To help improve your skills and your sales numbers, you're open to being coached and reading or listening to self-improvement books.
