A Day in the Life of: We are looking for someone to provide the agency with strategic leadership and management of a continuum of services to support infants, youth, and adults with a variety of disabilities. As a member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of the delivery of all SOAR365 Human Services; to include Pediatric Therapy, Day Services (Children & Youth and Adult Day Support), Respite, Summer Camp, and Employment Services. This consists of managing, monitoring, and ensuring effective and efficient best-in-class operation of each program. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage, recruit and develop a high-performance team in a manner which advances the corporate strategic goal of being an employer of choice. Manages development and delivery of best-in-class curriculum in all programs. Assures service delivery and documentation comply with applicable regulatory policies and procedures, accreditation or licensing standards and the agency's policies. Develops and maintains a manual of standard operating procedures (SOP), incorporating requirements of licensing/accreditation and funding entities; monitors its implementation. Develops contingency facility and program delivery plans; implements when normal operations are interrupted. Collaborates with the Case Management Department to assure programming is responsive to the needs of current enrollees, and to forecast programming changes that may be required to serve additional participants or new populations. Instructs staff in methods for making standardized curricula and activities applicable to person-centered service plans. Collaborates with Case Management Department to assure appropriate enrollment and placement of participants. Monitors participant attendance Plans facility utilization; arranges for use of off-site facilities supportive of approved Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field of services required; Master's Degree preferred Minimum of ten years' relevant management experience; executive level management experience preferred. Supervisory and management experience required, preferably in the delivery of programs/services to developmentally disabled individuals. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Excellent leadership skills, in a style consistent with an employer of choice . Strong process management skills. Ability to think and manage strategically. Ability to implement, monitor, and manage a number of priorities and services simultaneously. Must be a strong team player focused on the success of the overall organization. Valid Virginia Driver's Licenses and acceptable driving record required.
