ADVANCE YOUR CAREER WHILE SAVING LIVES Location: Oklahoma City, OK Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and holiday pay; $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability, 401(k), paid-time off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, holiday pay, etc. Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position: Oklahoma Blood Institute is looking for a Production & Resource Manager in the Oklahoma City area to work with Donor Recruitment and OBI leadership to provide operational data for improving operational effectiveness and efficiencies. To assist in oversight of the Recruitment calendaring and scheduling process including management of the mobile drive scheduling process in accordance with best practices to meet account and organizational needs. Assist in providing operational data, including: historical data in chart and graph format to support operational optimization and strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a current driver's license Must provide MVR if selected with zero points and no moving violations Strong analytical skills to support metrics development Proficiency in Microsoft office tools; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Frontline experience in blood banking and/or operational analysis a plus. Strong leadership, customer service, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-directed, goal-oriented, determined, and analytic work style. Empowering, team-spirited management philosophy. Effective technical and computer skills. Familiarity with database applications and interfacing. Professionalism, including at times of job stress with adaptability to working long or unscheduled hours as needed Primary Responsibilities: Assist The Recruitment Resource Director in monitoring Donor Recruitment metrics and calendar scheduling to provide central oversight of donor recruitment processes and planning. Perform data audit functions and analyses as required by Donor Recruitment leadership, to assure compliance with standard mobile calendar booking guidelines. Meet and exceed organizational needs by maintaining communications regarding relevant events and assist in maintenance of quality account and drive information. Manage a process of mobile drive scheduling to include regular review and report to Recruitment Management drives that historically have not met efficiency standards Establish and manage process of account/ recruiter notification, confirmation and conflict resolution and communication. Administer sharing of equipment and staff resources following established guidelines and in keeping within the best interest of efficiency, productivity and a positive donor experience. Continue to develop and promote audit trails to identify missing or improper information to assure data integrity Apply Calendar notes and non-collection events as needed to assist with visibility and training and leadership initiatives. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify operational initiatives that improve operations and create efficiencies while supporting organizational goals Manage goal input in the recruitment software and budget reconciliation with respect to procedure and territory goals. Manage territory transfer and geographic alignment within collection operation boundaries. Monitor and compile key performance indicators (KPI's) and metrics for data reporting purposes.
