PNW Warehousing has an opening for a Warehouse Order Picker in our rapidly growing company! We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, can-do attitude individual to meet our customer's order filling needs in the field of Warehousing and Supply Chain. This is a fast-paced, exciting position, being right in the middle of the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 2+ years of experience working in transportation, freight forwarding, and/or warehousing with strong attention to detail, and computer and communication skills. Conveniently located between the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma, we offer a full-service menu for all your warehouse, freight consolidation, transload, and cross-dock needs. With 150,000 sq ft of storage space, we have all the tools to streamline our client's logistics operations. We are looking to increase our client base in the Newest Top of Line Facility with lots of room to grow. Pay Scale: $20-24/HR DOE Benefits: 100% covered Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (100% covered for employee premiums) 40 hours of Paid Vacation 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked 6 Paid Holidays Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday, evening and weekends as needed Position Summary: The Order Picker is responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Fluent in English written and verbal Organizational skills Excellent time management skills Strong reading and communication skills Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed Proficient in technology usage Desired Qualifications: Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred Ability to use a forklift truck Ability to complete proper paperwork Maintaining a clean working environment **WE ARE A 100% DRUG-FREE AND TOBACCO-FREE EMPLOYER**
