We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Fort Smith AR. The ideal candidate for this position must have at least 1 year of recent experience. This is a work-from-home position, candidates must be able to work from home without supervision. Job Description: The administrative assistant is responsible for managing and distributing information among management. Minimum Job Duties: Organize and schedule appointments. Assist with new employee onboarding. Assist with billing. Plan meetings and take detailed notes. Handle administrative requests and queries from managers. Answer and direct phone calls. Write and distribute emails, correspondence, etc. Assist with reports, and develop/maintain filing systems. Position Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 year's recent experience Must understand federal and state wage and hour laws. Must understand minimum wage, garnishments, and taxes. Must be familiar with I-9 and W-2 forms Required Skills: Proficiency with PCs Proficiency with Office 365 (Word | Excel | Outlook) Proficiency with QuickBooks Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Excellent attention to detail Work with little to no supervision Excellent written and verbal communicator Equal Opportunity Employer
