Title: Restaurant Manager Position Overview: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions) The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all functional operations at the assigned location. Working under the direction of the General Manager, the Manager is responsible for day-to-day and long term objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for hospitality and sales while maintaining costs and the facility Responsible for complete store operation, food quality and consistency, staffing accountability Leads by example and fosters a culture of hospitality Responsible for implementing all company policies and procedures across all functional areas Manage and develop team members to the best of their ability and to company standards Responsible for coaching and development of team members at the location while manager-on-duty Responsible for specific/specialized functional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or General Manager Requires balancing needs of the business while working a station in the front or back of the house Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Expediently responds to guest complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into loyal regulars Efficiently runs back and front operation, ensuring guest satisfaction Required Qualifications and Skills: Self-motivated and team player Proficient in all quick service functional areas and in-house technology Stewardship of Sullivan's commitment to guests and employees, acting in a professional manner and treating everyone with respect Exhibits high level of confidentiality Ability to work morning, nights, weekends, and holidays Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization to employees, guests, vendors, and the community ServSafe certified At least 2 years experience in quick service management position Work Authorization : Must be eligible to work in the United States Work Environment/Physical Demands : This position operates in a quick service restaurant/kitchen environment. Operation of grill, oven, fryer. Ability to: work with knives, lift up to 50 lbs., and comfortable working with hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment. Any role routinely uses sinks and dishwashers and tools to clean kitchen appliances. Employees are exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals. Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to: stand, walk, bend, lift products, use hands to hold, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. Must possess hand-eye coordination.
