We are looking for Full time Overnight Direct Care staff in the following locations: Springfield, Monson, Westfield, West Springfield, and Agawam! Full time: Rates start at $16.00/hour at our homes in Hampden County. Rates at our Monson home start at $18.50/hour.*Don't forget to ask about our competitive hiring and retention bonus where you can earn up to $2500.00 (in select locations) in your first year with Pathlight.*We also offer an outstanding benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, Verizon discount and AAA membership to name a few.No experience required - We offer paid on the job training!!!!
