MISSION TODAY IS LOOKING FOR A PROGRAM ASSISTANT/NAR. The Program Assistant position is located within Mission Today, which is our aduld day break program. This position is full time; starting between the hours of 8:00am and 9:30am and ending between the hours of 3:30pm and 5:00pm. What you will do as a Program Assistant: Assess, care plan, and document for a case load of clients as assigned Assist with ADLs; bathing, dressing, toileting, and other various activities Responsible for planning innovative and educational programs and outings for clients Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned; take vitals, serve and clean up after meals, etc. The Program Assistant must: Have graduated High School Have current MN NAR license Pass a background check Read, write, and speak English Have experience working with Alzheimer's and Dementia Have flexibility with schedule Full time positions are eligible for our awesome benefits package including: Medical/Dental/Vision,Long/Short TerAPPm Disability Generous PTO Tuition Reimbursement and Tuition Discounts with Rasmussen College + a Full Education Department for CEUs Employee discounts and Referral Bonus programs On-Site Child Day Care Advancement opportunities within the North Ridge Community APPLY TODAY!
