The company has aircraft and helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since 2000 Training Contracts Support(Contract) Position Summary: Reviewing training allowances, creating sales orders, invoicing customers and issuing weekly reports to account managers and working with CSD's and their customers within the training scope of work. Primary Responsibilities Managing contractual training allowances: 25% This includes managing the conversion of training credits through use of "Swapping Matris" system as requested by the customer and the Customer interface. Sending monthly contractual allowance reports to customers , CSD and Account Managers. Invoicing: 25% Prepare and create the Invoice the Customer for the Training signed up and received. Recording all Customer purchase Orders in SAP and invoice the training and all additional training completed include ACT Suite Agreements that covers a five year span for each customer. Reconcile Accounts: 25 %Interact with the Airbus Finance team in Herndon when Payment notifications has been received and identify the accounts to be applied and clear specific invoices issued so they can be processed and cleared from the customer account. Reports and Updates: 25%Issue monthly reports for contractual/additional training invoices to the NA and Airbus SAS, Tax Department. Update the Team Program in Miami and Europe with both contractual and additional training information and changing the status when training has been completed. Additional Responsibilities: Any other duties as assigned Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Education: High School Diploma (required) 2 years College or equivalent (preferred) Experience: 2+ years experience in invoicing, reconciling accounts (Preferred) SAP experience a plus Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: Required - GMail, Gsheets, Word, Excel Preferred- SAP programs Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): Fluent in English, good communication skills Travel Required: 0 % Domestic and International Eligibility: Eligible for employment in the US Clearance: None Physical Requirements: None Equal Opportunity: Airbus is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
