Position Summary: The HRIS US Business Analyst Team Lead is responsible for leading major HR system process and design projects, systems configuration, implementation and maintenance of data standards, reporting and analytics. The team lead will closely collaborate with stakeholders and senior team members to assist in the research, analysis and coordination of HRIS implementations, enhancements and upgrade projects. This includes, creating the project scope, determining the resources required, estimating the project costs, defining the project schedule, assigning tasks, controlling scope , project communications, implementation, and the turnover to production support. The HRIS US Business Analysts Team Lead will work closely with business sponsors to evaluate the business scope/objectives, assess impacts to the project and develop the most cost-effective and efficient solutions. The HRIS US Business Analyst Team Lead will collaborate with all areas of Information Systems (IS) to ensure appropriate technical resources are assigned to the project, and will report to the Head of HR Digital Transformation North America. Primary Responsibilities: Leads the HRIS Business Analyst cluster: responsible for managing major HR systems process and design projects, systems configuration, implementation and maintenance for HRIS Legacy Systems in the US. Coordinates full cycle project management for large projects on HRIS Legacy systems to provide solutions to a variety of HRIS operation challenges and needs. Coordinates the vendor relationship and defines the technology roadmap with ADP: manages project timeline, budget, risks and scope, maintains project documentation, produces status reports and communicates status to management. Organizes and leads project teams, develop project charters, work breakdown structures, project schedules and milestone plans, risk management, communication plans, issue logs and decision logs. Identify new trends and technologies for possible implementation, and make recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or systems enhancements Provides support through reporting and technical expertise for internal/external audits Ensures HRIS system compliance with federal and state regulations, data security and privacy requirements Serves as a strategic partner and Subject Matter Expert representing Airbus interests with HRIS suppliers, vendors and service providers. Recruit, coach, mentor and grow a team of 4+ Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience Experience: 3+ years of experience in managing medium to large scale HR system projects of moderate complexity. Experience managing project-orientated teams and work groups preferred. Experience with project management tools preferred. Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Vantage, Kronos and/or Workday HCM) is a plus. Experience working with complex, matrixed organizations is a plus. Prior experience in Human Resources is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: Strong HR functional and technical knowledge; experience in Organizational Administration tools/systems preferred; in combination with experience in the support of various other HCM-related modules and functionality Strong interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills. Ability to perform work with professionalism, precision and in a fully compliant manner. Ability to effectively present information and answer questions from organizational leadership. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate well with others. Ability to manage multiple projects and manage effective use of own time Ability to operate in a global multicultural environment. A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and interactions Demonstrated customer service orientation; ability to provide service and remain focused even during emotionally charged circumstances Strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): Fluent written and spoken English. French, German, or Spanish skills are a plus. Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certification (or seeking) is a plus. Project management certification is a plus. Travel: 10% Domestic.
