CNA Flex 3 Per Diem Program • Per Diem positions where employees commit to work3 days/week• The position is float - shifts will be assigned basedon needs of the organization• Rotating weekends Additional shifts may be worked. These shifts will be assigned according to the needs of the organization. Second and third shift differential will apply to these additional shifts.
