Come join us as we mobilize a network of hundreds of partners and thousands of donors, advocates, and volunteers to build equitable communities of stable households and thriving children! The Major Gift Officer (MGO) will serve as the relationship manager for major donors and potential major donors for the purpose of retaining and seeking major gifts. Working with the VP of Major Gifts and Donor Relations, the MGO will develop strategies to meet annual fundraising goals and to support long-term revenue growth from major gifts. Key Responsibilities: Grow dollars raised at the major gifts level ($10,000 +) through individual engagement and by managing a portfolio of major donors and prospects who give through both workplace and out-of-workplace initiatives. Develop and execute moves management plans that involve personal visits, digital/mailed communications, phone calls, activities, and experiences, based on the donor's preferences and level of engagement. Identify and qualify prospects and donors (based on donor research, interests, and affinities). Solicit and secure new, renewed, and/or increased gifts through individual contact.
