Currently we are seeking to hire an experienced Senior Accountant onsite at our headquarters 10900 World Trade Blvd, Raleigh NC 27560. Id eal Candidate A leader with strong accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP & international accounting standards. An individual who understands the internal & external audit process, and is able to precisely reconcile accounts and prepare audit work papers. A professional with consolidating and M&A experience internationally in a manufacturing environment. What You Will Do Work is performed under minimal daily supervision. Communication between fellow associates within the department, as well as managers and employees throughout the organization and it's various subsidiaries worldwide is critical to success. Coordinate the financial reporting processes of the company, providing accurate and useful information and data to the appropriate personnel in a timely, efficient manner Evaluate, develop, and analyze statistical and accounting data in order to determine the performance of the company and its financial operations Provide the necessary financial information for key business decisions, process improvement and process support to improve the function of the company overall nationally and internationally Create tools for summary based off of forecasts for customer and company viewing and use Manage and direct the financial staff of the company, pursuing continual excellence and improvement among department processes What You Will Bring Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5+ years in a Senior-level Accounting Position Strong technical Accounting acumen Financial auditing experience Knowledge of US GAAP Knowledge of International accounting standards M&A experience Currency translation experience Ability to lead and direct personnel to succeed in a fast paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with financial staff, customers, and management in other departments and locations Strong computer skills and experience, particularly with MS Office and other financial software Work with a sense of responsibility for the success, development, and improvement of the finishing processes and team Manufacturing industry experience a plus Cost accounting experience a plus Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
