The Sales/Business Consultant is responsible for selling an industry leading Human Capital Management system for the entire life cycle of the employee, including Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefit Enrollment, HR, and Training. This will require insurance licensing, which will give the Sales/Business Consultant an extensive number of products to represent. Commissions are based on a recurring revenue model, providing ample opportunity for the Sales/Business Consultant's income to continue increasing with each client retained and new service added to the client. As a Sales/Business Consultant for HR Butler, you are bringing a level of automation to the client's employee management that will save them time at a cost that is difficult for them to refuse. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, well-spoken, organized, and customer service oriented. Benefits of Working at HR Butler: Access to a diverse pool of professional development webinars Bring-Your-Dog Fridays Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, etc. Employer-paid LTD, STD, and Group Life 401(k) and 401(k) matching Paid Time Off Regular company-provided lunches, typically bimonthly Essential Duties and Responsibilities Calls on Prospects with 1-2000+ employees to market services described above Secure referrals and leads from current clients as well as pulling leads from sales databases Maintain relationships with CPA's, banking partners, and other sources to grow a network base Responsible for generating leads through telemarketing Develop and Maintain Excellent Relationships with assigned referral sources Record daily activity in our sales customer relationship management (CRM) software Build profile and information for new unknown accounts to build database Assist with implementation process of new clients, including submission of complete paperwork Performs other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Ability and motivation to build and maintain strong intercompany and client relationships.
