Pay: $18.00+./ DOE Hours: 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday Essential Duties: To manage the day-to-day scheduling operations and ensure that jobs are ready for maintenance. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to creating department job files, contacting businesses about scheduling commercial maintenance appointments. You will also oversee daily operations of the commercial maintenance department as well as organize daily logistics of commercial maintenance technicians, including their timecards. This person will also assist in answering phones, scheduling appoints and perform customer call backs, and order filters and needed materials for maintenance. Required Qualifications/Experience High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) Must pass drug and background screens HVAC or related industry experience preferred Able to communicate friendly and clearly in English both verbally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of dispatching software is helpful Prioritization and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and attention to detail Geographical Knowledge of service area and map reading skills
