*** $2500 Commitment Bonus! *** Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is looking for a DDTT Program Director who is responsible for program oversight including both clinical and administrative duties, supervision, care coordination and other duties . DDTT (Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team) is a mobile service that provides intensive treatment to individuals with both mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Referral to this service requires coordination with the assigned county representative for the individual. This position can also be based in the Sayre/Towanda PA area. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master's degree in social work, psychology or another human services related field. Must be registered, licensed or certified to practice his/her profession, if that profession is governed by a registration, licensing, or certification board in this Commonwealth. Must have no less than 8 years of experience in the behavioral health field with, at minimum, 2 years' experience in a mental health setting, 2 years working with individuals with ID, and possess at least 2 years' experience in program management. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25-50% of the time.
