Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for a licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing company in Lemon Grove, CA. Physical Therapists of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate would utilize evidence-based orthopedic practice, exhibit a passion for individualized care and possess strong interpersonal skills. We strongly encourage professional development, continuing education, and simply collaborating with fellow staff regarding cases to enhance patient outcomes and personal job satisfaction. Desire to progress clinical skills, learn & teach, and provide A+ care while working in a team environment is a must. Caseload consists of sports medicine & orthopedic cases and varies from general orthopedic, to active youth and Medicare populations. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines Requirements/Qualifications: California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making skills Works as a collaborative team member with other staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care Interested applicants should send their resume to our Talent Acquisition Team at XXXX@spineandsport.com .
