Overview Expectations: Maintain a high standard of professional work ethics at all times Maintain a neat and professional appearance with high levels of cleanliness and grooming Wear the company uniform at all times during work hours Assist team technicians/co-workers or management in completing any task at hand. Promote cooperation and teamwork through actions Strive to improve yourself and your job (ie. Classes, testing, learning from co-workers etc) Review and assist team leaders with comebacks log & review with service manager daily Maintain fixed right score above district and national Track and log shop hours daily. Maintain daily tracking board for technicians/shop hours, ros, sales etc. Perform live training/positive & corrective reinforcement on a daily basis within shop Hold monthly technician meetings and attend monthly advisor and parts meetings Maintain high level of production within the department by accurately dispatching work to technicians according to skill level and completion time promises Review and repair any safety concerns or broken equipment Maintain shop cleanliness Review daily technicians bay cleanliness forms Review daily QC logs with team leaders Review on monthly basis technician training and certification levels Includes issuing any pay increases in accordance with certification and technician pay plan Includes requesting technician training with Toyota FTS *Competitive pay based on experience.
