Multimedia Graphic Designer Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is hiring a Full Time Day Multimedia Graphic Designer. Hours will be Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm. What You'll Do: As a Multimedia Graphic Designer, you will be a valuable member of our Public Relations team and responsible for the following: Designing items including advertisements; newsletters/magazines; postcards; brochures; posters; billboards and signage; social media content; logos; and other materials to promote and market Masonic Village and its subsidiaries in an effective and cohesive manner, while adhering to branding standards. Determining the multimedia communication needs of a project based on strategic goals and coordinating efforts among staff to execute quality outcomes. Planning and executing projects from concept to completion, coordinating production with copywriters, the creative director and printers/media representatives. Managing photography/video production deadlines and conducting shoots professionally. Traveling to other Masonic Village locations in Pennsylvania as needed, typically once or twice per year, with other team members for photography and video. Educating oneself and team members on emerging design trends and implementing them as appropriate to achieve successful outcomes. What You Have: Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Lightroom and/or Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. Familiarity with photography, video production, Adobe Premiere and WordPress preferred. Minimum bachelor's degree with a focus on graphic design or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in professional graphic design. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Time management, organization and prioritization skills. The ability to manage proofing processes and multiple projects and deadlines.
