Title: IT PMO Analyst Location: Remote Responsibilities: Works with stakeholders to gather system issues and requirements. Coordinate and lead meetings with multiple Executive Level Federal stakeholders. Manage relationships with multiple federal counterparts. Create presentations for leadership to recommend future direction on nationwide Federal projects. Plan, direct, and coordinate cross-functional team activities to manage and implement project initiatives. Applying common statistical methods and data modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends to facilitate decision-making by leadership. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Serves as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Recommend changes to improve processes and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Ensure delivery on all program requirements including technical, schedule, and quality performance. Perform delivery escalation management; serves as an escalation point for issues beyond project team authority and resolve conflicts involving project priorities, resources, or contractual issues with customers. Propose and develops add-on program opportunities. Provides leadership and supervision to others. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of related experience Experience running Agile Teams and/operating as a Scrum Master. 4-6 Years specializing in managing Federal programs. 3+ years of experience with developing and maintaining project schedules; tracking and monitoring the progress of the project activities; reporting status, risks, and issues; and recommending adjustments to ensure the successful completion of projects. Agile certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Ability to work independently at times and be self-motivated and results focused. Experience with the implementing and managing projects under an Agile framework. Active Secret Clearance US Citizenship due to the nature of this federal project Professional Skills Excellent verbal, graphical, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy. Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
