Position: ACCOUNT MANAGER Reports to: ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER POSITION DESCRIPTION The Account Manager is part of the customer service team responsible for ensuring that JJ Safety customers achieve their desired outcomes while using JJ Safety services and offerings. The Account Manager is client-focused and demonstrates success by working directly with customers and supporting customers throughout the entire life cycle of the customer experience.The Account Manager delivers excellent customer service through rapid response time to customer inquiries, effective problem-solving and managing renewals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Understands customers' diverse business needs and applies product knowledge to meet needs.Responds quickly to customer questions and inquiries.Responds to customer emails within 24 hours and insurance emails/uploads by end of the business day.Manages assigned accounts and completes required tasks against daily, weekly and bi-weekly targets.Independently manages caseload, including invoicing and collections.Ensures a high level of quality in the CRM system by scheduling and closing Tasks on time and leaving clear case notes on requests to other departments and/or important aspects of the customer's specific needs.Problem-solving issues with customers to the customer's satisfaction.Complies with scripts, checklists and documentation requirements in the CRM.Carefully reviews all documents prior to upload to ensure a high likelihood of acceptance.Clearly communicates system requirements to customers, for example, outlines for the appropriate parties, why a document should not be uploaded if the acceptance is unlikely.Actively audits the injuries and injury records of companies with high injury rates in order to help mitigate the likelihood of future incidents.Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with the customer, the Hiring Client, the insurance agents, the representatives of the third-party auditing agency and any other party involved in the progress of completing the customer's account.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
