DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CASE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR As a Case Management Supervisor, you're the head navigator for the Family Re-Housing Stabilization Program. You lead a team of 6-10 navigators on our social services team to ensure that they adhere to policies and protocols in their daily functions. You also serve as the primary point of contact for assigned caseloads and coordinate services to ensure that navigators provide a robust coaching model, going beyond traditional case management. Your supervisory responsibilities include motivating your social services team to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly contractual goals, collaborating with the Program Manager to develop solutions and execute projects, building relationships with community presenters and coordinating workshops, and auditing service plans to ensure that services and documentation support program engagement and participation. You verify and report milestone achievements to DHS and represent the agency and program to senior leadership, program funders, and community partners. Additionally, you conduct staff evaluations and provide staff development to ensure that team members can thrive. The most important part of your job is building rapport with existing clients and keeping our staff motivated and energized. Helping our team members to grow and improve allows them to help our nonprofit clients to do the same - and it truly makes a difference!
