Your challenge will be to support the triLift America team in a phase of aggressive growth and building a new market category. This role offers the unique opportunity to achieve a 360-degree view marketing, and business aspects under the umbrella of a world leading organization. As the triLift America Operations Manager you will join the fast growing triLift America business own the mark strategy and deployment of winning propositions for the market of this new business. By working in close alignment with customers, market and internal stakeholders, you will play a vital role in the commercialization of the new triLift category to drive high impact and accelerated growth environment, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in translating the business vision into specific projects, action plans, and be highly structured and organized. Responsibilities: Support establishing and maintaining scalable processes across the marketing, sales and post-sale support functions to improve KPIs, track and optimize activities. Perform business intelligence, market & competitive analysis and translate them into actionable business goals and streamline methodologies Develop go-to-market tactics to drive market share and profitable growth, translate into action plan and execute Define, plan, coordinate and integrate activities, including management of project scope and deliverables Develop and execute off-line marketing strategies, plans and activities to assure an overall profitable growth Support essential marketing operations initiatives across the marketing and data systems Working closely and support sales team with on-going tactics and creation of sales support tools Work cross functionally and oversee events, meetings and conferences Support KOL development, onboarding and ongoing KOL activity Create Marketing assets/tools/and possible slide presentations to introduce triLift to the market Develop and oversee post-sale support process and work with clinical and customer success teams Communicating the marketing plan and activities to management and sales team, including sales objectives, budget, advertising & promotion requirements Act as liaison between accounts and the internal Lumenis base (sales, clinical, marketing etc.) Tracking, measuring and reporting off-line and on-line marketing activities progress Work closely and demonstrate excellent teamwork with Lumenis America' management, Corporate HQ and cross organizational teams Qualifications +5 years of proven experience and skills in marketing, product marketing, A minimum 5+ years experience in marketing, marketing operations, or events management BA/BSc degree in a relevant specialization MBA or advanced learning - advantage Highly organized and process oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (proficiency in excel is an advantage) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in working cross functionally with multiple steak holders Ability to work self-sufficiently with strong sense of initiative, and excel in a high-paced, always changing environment "Can-do" and hands-on mentality, positivity, and willingness to think outside the box to continuously improve our products and solutions Experience in KOL development - an advantage Demonstrated ability in contractors such as website developers, graphic designers, content developers, and social media, PR companies vendors Must be passionate and charismatic and be able to instill those qualities in others Experience in a hyper-growth environment - an advantage Strong ability to frame and evaluate a situation/project at a high-level and then zoom in Willingness to travel (40-50%) Remote position in Western US All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
