(Hiring for two positions, located in Brooklyn, NY 11021) High-volume and fast-paced insurance defense firm seeks a driven New York admitted associate with 2-7 years experience handling general liability matters with direct experience litigating Labor Law 200, 240 and 241 liability cases, trip and fall, and premises liability. Experience with product liability, motor vehicle accident, and property damage deemed advantageous. Admission to the New Jersey Bar in addition to New York is preferred but not required.Candidates should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, impeccable organization and attention to detail, the ability to build rapport with clients and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Salary Range: 85k - 100k (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Employer-sponsored Medical insurance with HRA, optional Vision and Dental coverage; 401(k) plan with employer-match option; pre-tax Commuter Transit benefits; PTO with floating holiday options; hybrid work-from-home flexibility after first 90 days of employment; office location in trendy DUMBO neighborhood.
