Join our team! What is the function of a National Sales Account Manager in a small specialty manufacturing and engraving company? Handle relationships of assigned accounts. Develop new customers. Grow core markets. Document sales files, CRM database and commercial details of projects. Stay connected with Customers by conducting site visits and following up on Customer inquiries. Learn and understand the basics of the industrial manufacturing, roll engraving, and embossing process Help with project concepts and reviews. Generate price quotes with costing backups with the assistance of departmental managers Communicate with other departments, including, Engineering, Accounting, and Manufacturing to coordinate and convey project scheduling information Market our business and equipment through email campaigns, organization of trade shows, press releases, and various digital advertising methods. Increase customer contact points via our marketing tools, measured by analytics and conversions. Create updates to social media, company website, and other platforms Protect our brand and reputation by ensuring we meet customer expectations of on time delivery, quality, and technical capability. Direct reference visits to customers who have Bradbury Group equipment. Advance our Vision, Mission, Values and Beliefs. What helps these efforts... Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Negotiation, conflict resolution, and knowing what's important to each customer. A Sales and/or Engineering background with demonstrated history of sales performance. Use of Internet Marketing tools i.e. Hub Spot, Google Analytics, etc. Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities. A strong customer-focused mindset. Decisive thinking and leadership abilities. Ability to multitask. Passion Ability to travel (approximately 1 week/month) Honesty, empathy and drive. An inquisitive nature, desire to learn, interest in how things work.
