Our Design Center Consultant will offer high-end custom style to our clients by consulting on natural stone design solutions and delivering an elevated experience from initial inspiration through to completion of the client's vision. Role and Responsibilities: Welcome all clients to the design center Assist clients with product selections Provide timely and appropriate follow up with clients post design center visit Prospect Architects, Designers, Custom Home Builders Schedule and promote monthly special events promoting the Design Center to Architects and Designers Assist outside Sales with direct client inquiries Support other territories by assisting in architectural, designer and custom homebuilder prospecting and selection experience Track all customer activity in Design Center utilizing CRM Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of Design Center, including open and closing duties Use designer center social media accounts to promote the Buechel brand and attract clients to the design center Follow Buechel Stone's Client Interaction Process to ensure all customers are delighted Work on special projects as needed Qualifications and Education Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Outstanding customer service skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Professional presentation and appearance Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license Previous Sales or Design Experience (preferred) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience with business to business and business to consumer sales (preferred) Rendering and 3D modeling capabilities (preferred) Competencies: Communication Proficiency Organizational Skills Time Management Leadership Presentation Skills Diversity and Inclusion Teamwork Orientation Business Acumen Project Management Work Conditions: Hours will be Full-Time - Approximately 45 hours/week and/or based of the needs of the job and business Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/F/V Job Posted by ApplicantPro
