We have 13 full-service restaurants with dine in, delivery and pick up in Hawaii and Washington. Our Lihue location is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager currently residing on Kauai; non-resident applicants will be responsible for their own relocation expenses. Responsibilities : You'll be in charge to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant for both FOH and BOH Hire, train and manage all staff Ensure all goals are met or exceeded for sales, cost of goods, employee retention, customer service, safety and sanitation Ensure compliance with DOH and HIOSH regulations and ensure a Green Food Establishment Permit is always maintained. Qualifications: 4+ years Back of House experience including food preparation and cooking 4+ years Front of House experience including customer service and serving 4+ years People Management experience in a restaurant setting with scheduling, cost of goods management and employee counseling Excellent floor preparation skills are vital Possess current certification for safe food handling from ServeSafe or HI DOH TB clearance certification Working knowledge of and compliance with DOH, OSHA and HIOSH regulations Must be available to work full-time any day of the week and weekends for any shifts Highly motivated individual with a proven ability to lead and teach effectively
