Part Time Dental Assistant Job Description: Mid America Health is seeking a dental assistant to work 16-24 hours per week at the Pickaway Correctional Institution in Orient, OH. This position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry and offers a competitive wage of $15+ per hour and a 401k. NO late nights or weekends! Part Time Dental Assistant Job Duties: Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care. Very limited endo and no ortho or crown & bridge required. Some administrative duties are also required. Part Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications: 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred. Current CPR for Healthcare Providers and Active Ohio Dental Radiographer License (from the OSDB) required . *Per ODRC policy, this facility is a smoke-free facility.* Could be combined with the Chillicothe (CCI/RCI) position to be Full-Time!
