Our unique ability offers a variety of services specializing in trading specialties and collectible cards. Since 2019, MPG has nearly tripled in size. Currently, MPG is seeking to hire an experienced People Operations Coordinator to join us onsite at 10900 World Trade Blvd, Raleigh NC 27617 . If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Provide administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, employee relations, talent management, training, and/or talent acquisition. Manage segments of projects and programs that support and enhance talent initiatives or business-wide talent routines and discussions. Support logistics and execution of on-boarding program and serve as a point of contact for new hires. Manage and monitor talent and performance program tools and schedules. Proactively take steps to keep content up to date and timelines on track. Support Learning and Development team with communication of available offerings and logistics for in-person workshops. Process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc. Input employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database. Maintain accuracy of digital and hardcopy employee files. Prepare special reports, such as insurance, COBRA, OSHA, and headcount using HRIS. Provide information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information. Develop hands-on experience ad departmental expertise, partnering closely with an internal SME to elevate understanding and deepen expertise in human resources / people practices. WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Experience with an HRIS system. Manufacturing environment experience is preferred. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Experience interacting with candidates to be an evangelist of our employer brand. Detail-oriented outlook with the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks at once. Strong time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of virtual collaboration tools. Ability to sit onsite fulltime at our headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
