The primary focus of the IRMI Resource Consultant (sales rep) is to generate revenue by selling IRMI's Online Knowledgebase products to commercial insurance agents who may or may not be familiar with how we can assist them in their business. This is done via telephone and computer by performing online demos for customers and prospects using a consultative sales approach i.e. guiding them in the direction of their resource needs. Gaining the customer's confidence in IRMI's role as a consultative resource is paramount to our business philosophy. If yes, see if we can assist further with additional resources, if no, can we introduce them to IRMI Online? Be respectfully persuasive in growing IRMI Online customer base and consequently sales revenue Requirements: Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance experience 3+ years preferred Extensive knowledge of insurance vocabulary to be able to engage easily with prospects and clients Ability to forge ahead knowing most phone calls won't lead to a conclusion Patience/perseverance while dealing with people only by phone Basic computer knowledge - e-mails, Outlook calendar, but also other types of sales and ordering systems will be a part of the learning curve Be able to live on a flexible salary from month to month and enjoy seeing it grow based on your direct accomplishments About the Company: International Risk Management Institute, Inc.
