Apply for position at: www.star3.com Location: US IN-Crane Employee Type: Full-Time/ Exempt Travel Required: Yes Local 10% Relocation Accommodation: No Approximate Start Date: Upon Suitable Candidate Selection Posting Close: Upon Suitable Candidate Selection TRISTAR is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist II (Maritime) for our government customer located in Crane, IN Position Description: Serve as support to the Maritime domain Configuration Management (CM) Lead for multiple Maritime Electro-Optics programs with a developing or stable baseline and a fully implemented product support plan that has well-established processes Shall gain understanding of Electro-Optics Technology Division (EOTD) Objectives in relation to Logistics / Engineering / Product Support (PS) / Data Management (DM) / Configuration Management (CM) and Cross-Product Teams (CPTs) Position Responsibilities: Support shall include the coordination and management of records; analytical support, and assistance in milestone development for current projects for Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and other Department of Defense (DoD) and national security customers, including non-program record Program Management Offices Facilitate established Workflow Review Groups for multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) in the Government iPDM tool IPT and CCB members include EO/IR program sponsors, Government personnel, and Contractor personnel Data analysis, Contractor shall review and provide recommendation for configuration impacts in the Government iPDM tool Configuration control procedures shall follow established criteria to assure robust analysis to provide an audit trail of supportability and decisions Position Requirements: In depth operational knowledge in the Government's Integrated Product Data Management (iPDM) web-based tool and utilization of iPDM toward CM and logistics elements Proficient with computers including expertise in Microsoft Office programs to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio, and Outlook. Knowledge of Specifications, Standards, Regulations, and Directives in accordance with MIL-M-70500B; MIL-STD-38784; SAE EIA-649-1; SAE EIA-649-B; SAE GEIA-STD-0007; FARS/DFARS Regulations as it relates to Data Rights Regulations; GSAM; DoD SD-22; MIL-HDBK-61B; MIL-HDBK-502A; DoD 5000.01; DoD 5000.2; SECNAVINST 5000.2E; NAVSEAINST 4130.12B; IEEE Standard 828-XXXX for Configuration Management in Systems and Software Engineering Must be a US Citizen An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one Education and Certification: High School Associates Degree Preferred COVID Policy: TRISTAR does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
