HR Internship Job Location: Pacific, Missouri Hours: 9am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday Internship will run from late May to mid August depending on students availabililty. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to provide support in various HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding, including preparing welcome packages and facilitating orientation sessions. Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant laws. Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives, including tracking and reporting on employee performance evaluations. Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, grievance resolution, and conflict management. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other duties as assigned. Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related field. Have completed at least Sophomore level of class work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
