Part Time Dental Assistant Job Description: Mid America Health is seeking a part time Dental Assistant to work at the Licking County Jail in Newark, OH. This opportunity is for 4 hours every other week on Friday mornings from 7:45am-12:00pm as a chairside Dental Assistant. Services provided are solely extractions. This position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry and offers competitive compensation and 401k. Compensation for this position is $15+ per hour.Mid America Health strives to provide an excellent work/life balance. Part Time Dental Assistant Job Duties: Routine chairside duties for assisting in extractions. Some administrative duties are also required. Part Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications: 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
