Earn up to $70,000 or more a year!· Paid Training and ongoing coaching· Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits· Paid Holidays and PTO· A flexible 5 day work week· Room for advancementResponsibilities:· Call residential prospective customers previously visited by our Design Consultants· Present solutions for our potential customer's bath renovation needs· Inform potential new clients of current promotional offers and how they can take advantage· Reach targets by predefined deadline and earn commission (in additional to an hourly wage) on closed sales!· Use listening skills to address concerns and overcome objections· Have a firm understanding of the sales process· Accurately update database with appropriate informationQualifications:· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, we will train you on the rest!· Ability to build rapport with clients· Strong negotiation skills· Deadline and detail-oriented· Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality· Weekend and evening availability is a mustThis is a fun, entry level position in a growing company.
