Matrix Systems, an industry leader in access control and security management solutions, is adding a Senior Financial Planner & Accounting Analyst to our team. Your analysis and recommendations are what will allow us to develop strategies and evaluate business opportunities. We need someone who has built solutions! You ll be responsible for creating the process and output for our annual budget, quarterly forecasting and monthly business review. Your expertise will help turn those numbers into our continued growth. Additionally, as Sr. Financial Planner & Accounting Analyst, you ll create and manage annual budget and quarterly forecast financial planning processes use your experience to put these systems in place! You ll also assist in assembling a road map to move to automated reporting, building the tools and processes as we go. Does this sound like your next challenge? Bring your exceptional integrity, high appetite for a challenge and motivation to meet our high expectations, and your: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree a plus, and 4-6 years of experience in a financial analyst, operations reporting or similar role, manufacturing environment strongly preferred Strong understanding of the manual process of creating consolidated reports and, the ability to establish and implement framework to do so is critical knowledge of FrX and/or Crystal Reports a definite plus Excellent analytic and problem solving skills utilizing multiple data sources in-depth data mining skills and experience creating processes will be key Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint and strong skills; Sage experience is a plus Data warehouse experience (consolidation systems) a plus Strong communication, presentation skills the ability to influence is a must!
