We are seeking caring, compassionate, mission driven Counselors to provide therapy to children, and families/guardians with family-related issues. Work involves the application of psychotherapeutic theories and practices. Work in team environment with case manager. Experience in child and family therapy approaches preferred. Staff must work both on site and in home as assigned. Directions for Living is an essential services provider. A ll Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation. Directions for Living is committed to serving highly vulnerable individuals and families and preventing the spread of the COVID-19 contagion. Additionally, DFL is a certified " Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services " (CMS) facility. QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required. Visit or work at sites outside the office as needed or required for service provision (including home or school) and provide own safe transportation to such locations.
