We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of professionals in the Springtime School , Potential's private school for individuals with Autism. Paraprofessionals at the Springtime School help students with Autism reach their full potential by focusing on academic, behavioral, and functional skills. Experienced Paraprofessionals, Behavior Technicians, AND those new to the field are encouraged to apply. We provide 2 weeks of paid training that will prepare you to work with clients and to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.
